Detail

When creating a PDF of a wiki page, the text appeared but all images were missing. This was due to the fact that the wiki was running on a server that requires user authentication via SSL client certificates before you can access the server. When rending a PDF, the HTML passed to htmldoc contains links back to the wiki images. htmldoc does not support client certificates thus it could not access the image files on the server. The solution is to replace the image URLs with the path on the file system directly. This is the approach used in the GenPDFLatexAddOn and fixes the issue.
