... while parsing subscribers, and thus fails to notify users specified using MAINWEB instead of USERWEB. Btw. why is that hardcoded? Shouldn't it expand common tags and parse in its result? Anyway, added MAINWEB to the regex again to please "legacy" webnotification topics.

Good idea. That code was imported from the old core notification code, and I just never changed it.
