To be seen with Firefox 2.0.8: If a topic contains just a short piece of text, the footer bumps up. The effect is visible at TWiki.VarWIKINAME: The left bar hides the left part of the page footer.

Apparently this has been even worse in older versions, where both the left bar and footer were visible, overlapping each other.
