During installing this extension in beta 3, an error occures. See attachment.

TWiki is installed on Vista with the new window installer. Nothing changed to default installation

I can't reproduce this. All I can suggest is that you update your copy of extender.pl from http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Codev/ExtenderScript and try again (I just updated the script from subversion, but I tested with the version that was there and it worked perfectly so....)
