TWikiAdminGroup help text does not work for ApacheLogin
The help text needs to give the ApacheLogin user the information that he must be logged in as a normal user BEFORE he login with the Temporary Admin Login (sudo)
Otherwise he gets prompted for a user name and password when he tries to edit even though he is already reported login as TWikiAdminUser in the left bar. And when he then tries admin/config_password again it fails. It works if he tries his normal username/password but that is not the logical step. It is not logical that he gets prompted but that cannot be avoided because in Apache Login the Apache server must have seen an authentication happening for the realm for the edit script.
The best logical way is to guide the new user to login as normal user first and then elevate himself to admin.
The help text in the yellow box needs to say that. It originally wrote that first step but it was removed. We can choose to hide this first step if the login setting is TemplateLogin. But it must be there with ApacheLogin.

In an ironic twist of fate, this bug proves my assertion that users don't read the entire the docco until after they are pissed off:
Though as that was written by a programmer
me
I am willing to believe that it is incomprehensible by the normal user.
I think the dynamic version I justmade should remove this problem once and for all
