From the closed Item1539 a non relevant to 1539 low priority bug is refactored out.

merge_notice in templates/messages.tmpl

%MAKETEXT{"You can see the differences ~[~[[_1]~]~[here~]~]." args="%SCRIPTURLPATH{"rdiff"}%/%WEB%/%TOPIC%?rev1=%PARAM1%;rev2=%PARAM3%"}%

avoid "here" link in "You can see the differences here"

This either needs to be fixes before end of 25 Nov 2007, or after the release of 4.2, or using existing MAKETEXT string - because we go on string freeze when we release RC1 on 26 Nov 2007.

Low priority. Noone will die from a here link in a merge oops.
