TWiki::_INCLUDE just puts a "web.topic" key on the includeStack and does not take the section into account.

Possible solution:

Either put "web.topic.section" on the includeStack

remove the includeStack and replace it with a maxDepth parameter when INCLUDE bails out on a deep recursion which would fix Item499 also wink .

do nothing, and live with it.

Ehm, here's a one-line patch to TWiki.pm:

--- lib/TWiki.pm        (revision 6806)
+++ lib/TWiki.pm        (working copy)
@@ -2440,6 +2440,7 @@

     # compute include key
     $path = $incweb.'.'.$inctopic;
+    $path .= '.'.$section if $section;
     foreach my $k ( sort keys %$params ) {
        $path .= ":$k=$params->{$k}";

Now, a topic can ship a "MacroLibrary" wink
