WebSearchAdvanced does not regex search when you select that it should

It assumes a regex="on" switch in SEARCH which is not there.

It needs to set type="regex" instead.

Needs to be fixed in 4.2.1

Fixed.

I also removed the bookview search for all topics link. In practical it is too much for the engine to cope with. The server searches for minutes and times out. I am sure this is one reason why we see some TWikis hang when hit by a search engine. You can still bookview all by filling out the form if you have a very small web.
