This string occurs in attach.pattern.tmpl and attachagain.pattern.tmpl.

Several reasons why the string does not occur in the html:

  1. The string should start with %_{
  2. Because ATTACHFILESIZELIMIT is expanded to a value, the string cannot be looked up in the language file like this The variable appears to get expanded after language string substitution
  3. There is no entry for this in the language files
