The user interface to delete attachments could be a lot simpler. In attachagain.pattern.tmpl should be the link "Delete attachment", that invokes deleteattachment.pattern.tmpl. This template is invoked by adding the url param &template=deleteattachment.

The attached patch for Manage.pm lets this param select the template.

Template deleteattachment.pattern.tmpl is very similar to moveattachment.pattern.tmpl - it inherits from this template - with the difference that all references to "Move" are changed to "Delete", the TRASHWEB web is selected (and cannot be changed) and the topic to move the attachment to is prefilled to TrashAttachment.

Because there are 2 templates, one for Move and one for Delete, the attachment actions in the attachment table could now be view, move, delete.
