during the fixing of a usermapping bug for 4.2.0, I moved the registrHandler inside a conditional that prevents its use as a post processing step for regstration.

this reverts that mistaken change for 4.2.1 - and shows that few people have used it, else the bug would have been found earlier.

Hi Sven,

The changes you have done on register.pm lead to an error:

You changed "$session->{plugins}->dispatch(.." to "$session->{plugins}->registrationHandler(" (see http://develop.twiki.org/trac/changeset/16773).

But the method registrationHandler does not exist any more on Plugins. Please fix that.
