The EditRowPlugin does not handle the "helptopic" parameter very well.

Here is a snapshot of the help page I want to include:

When doing a row edit, it smashes the helptopic into the next row, and it isn't clear that its a help topic. Notice that it appended the table to the row.

When doing a full table edit, it displays the raw twiki syntax instead of rendering the text.

The helptopic was being read and newlines converted to <br tags. I'm not sure why I did that, TBH, and removing it doesn't appear to have any negative side effects.
