When using moveAttachment, the current method creates a dublicate, when the target-topic ist the source-topic ( also in the same web ).

The attachment itself is moved, but the meta-data of the old attachment is not removed in the topic.

Nothing realy evil or compilicated, patch attached ( 4.1.2 base )
