Just like in Item2684 TWiki:Plugins/EditTablePlugin does not allow editing using the edit table button if ALLOWTOPICCHANGE is set in the same topic.
Page edit, raw edit, and viewauth work.

I updated to EditTablePlugin 4.8.2. This version includes the patch proposed in Item2684 (as far as I can tell). But this did not solve the problem.

Thanks for your help.

I cannot reproduce this.

Maybe it has been fixed in 4.2.1?

I am sure Alexander has a setup probem. I cannot reproduce this and it should be easy to reproduce if it was true. Or mactionybe it is a mix of old and new versions that is playing games. In 4.2.1 context I see no action
