I've tried switching to plain text editing by disabling both the TinyMCEPlugin and WysiwygPlugin in the bin/configure script's page.

However, although both plugins are disabled, the PatternSkin's Edit button still launches the WYSIWYG editor (which doesn't work - but it's a diffetent story - see TWikibug:Item5707).

I were able to change it only by editing templates - viewtopicactionbuttons.tmpl and edit.pattern.tmpl, by changing context TinyMCEPluginEnabled (which is defined regardless of whether TinyMCEPlugin is enabled or not) to context TinyMCEPinEnabled (which not defined quite for sure). This is ugly hack, but it works and now I work happily without the WYSIWYG editor.

Pattern skin issue.

I cannot see this error anymore.

The skin uses nowysiwyg=1 in the links but even without those the plain editor is activated.

No action for 4.2.1
