SVN 6774, added
to sample htaccess file MW
Why don't we ship real .htaccess files for these directories or make a
script to install them?
This would avoid someone exposing their SVN installation and thus
perhaps encourage testers.

for Dakar we don't have a good resolution to this - next release we should start having deployment specific contributions (having .htaccess files in the release is bad - most apache setups should not use them as it slows apache down, and for non-apache it doesn't apply at all

I've moved this in parallel with pseudo-install for plugins. Its now called pseudo-install-twiki.pl
Someone might like to make the installation of .htaccess files optional.

I'm with Sven on this, shipping .htaccess files in the release is bad. But I go one step further, and discard.
