Detail

Somehow my Mac OS X Leopard apache2 webserver assumes Dutch as language. At least, the unit tests run with Dutch translations, so almost all tests fail.

This can be helped by simply setting all foreign languages as disabled:

# disable all languages except for English
foreach my $k (keys %{$TWiki::cfg{Languages}}) {
    $TWiki::cfg{Languages}{$k}{Enabled} = 0;
}

UPDATE: setting the webserver locale does the job as well.
