This is a follow-up feature on Item6515: Relative Heading Levels for INCLUDE

TWiki already TOC_HIDE_IF_INCLUDED preferences setting. If set, INCLUDE will strip any TOC in included content. This feature adds a hidetoc="1" flag to INCLUDE. With this it is possible to define the flag per INCLUDE, not just as a preferences setting. It helps also discover the feature if documented in VarINCLUDE.
