Does this site look broken?. Use the LitterTray web for test cases.

Search after text strings does not work on Mac OS X, which make TWiki almost unusable on this platform. Topic searches work.

Will and I tried to tracked that issue down, but yet with no result. The mysterious part seems to be in Sandbox.pm

Watch out for parsing different grep results; some greps have different output formats. I got stung that way once before. CC

Andre - make sure you are actually using gnu grep, not some broken other thing -- SD

# grep --version grep (GNU grep) 2.5.1

egrep and fgrep are from the same package

I checked out a fresh trunk of DEVELOP now and - it works!

The fault was that somehow only the naked path for egrep and fgrep was set without the parameters %CS{|-i}% %DET{|-l}% -H -- %TOKEN|U% %FILES|F%

Please forgive my ongoing questions for debugging this, I only wanted to run TWiki also on Mac OS frown
