For some applications it is desirable to have a custom top bar, such as to embed a tab bar in the top bar. This small enhancement allows one to clone the TWiki.TopMenuSkinTopBar to any web and modify it as needed.

Has this enhancement been released in 5.0.2? I ask because CurrentState says Waiting for Release.

We just released 5.0.2 a few hours ago and have not yet toggled the flag of items from "waiting for release" to "closed". We have also not yet announced the release (will do tomorrow).
