Reverse table parsing broken. R1:C1..R999:C1 works, but R999:C1..R1:C1 no longer works.

It appears that someones prior updates to this plugin removed this functionality. I just re-added the functionality so that reverse table parsing now works. This means bottom up charting as well as right to left charting now works again.
