It would be nice to be able to specify the actual error message produced by ChartPlugin. For example say that a %CHART% is created from a table populated from %DBI_QUERY%, but that query doesn't return any data. I know that my syntax to %CHART% is OK so the only (real) %CHART% error that could result is
Error: Number of data points needs to be > 1

So it would be nice to have a new parameter like errormsg="No data available".

Added two new parameters errmsg_nodata and errmsg_nodata2. So if no data, then use the users specified error message instead of the default error message.
