[[mailto:test@twiki.org?subject=Wiki feedback &body=Internal Docs Feedback: ][Test 2]]

Using HTML href syntax, the mailto body parameter is supported and the desired text is placed in the draft email message.

Using TWiki [[ syntax, only the subject parameter is recognized.

Try it

You likely need to ENCODE the parameter values to create a valid URL:

OK, so this does not work either. I am setting this to confirmed and low priority. If you sponsor or otherwise support the TWiki community you will likely get a fast turnaround, if not you depend on whether community members are inclined to help or not. (Personally I focus on companies that either bring business or contribute back to the open source TWiki project. Your place or work does neither.)
