CentOS 5 ships with CPAN:File::Temp

version 0.16. TWiki requires 0.18. Latest version is 0.22. A yum update perl does not fix that on CentOS 5 because ships only with an older version of File::Temp.

Fix: Ship TWiki distribution with File::Temp 0.22.
