"I got the verification code by email, but when I tried to use it the tool told me that it was invalid. I had actually expected it to be invalid because of the period after the code. When I removed the period it worked fine. I would suggest that you either put the verification code on a separate line in the email with periods after it, or clearly mark it as an entity with quotes."
