Does this site look broken?. Use the LitterTray web for test cases.

Visit http://develop.twiki.org/~develop/cgi-bin/view/Bugs/WebStatistics and see for yourself.

There it is, a little "?" after each name because its a WIKINAME.

The logs in cfg{!LogFileName} record the WIKINAME
The logs in Cairo recorded the WIKIUSERNAME

mmmm, develop.twiki.org is a little different, because there are no user topics. we are cheating by syncing across the .htpasswd file from twiki.org, and so (I think) this is actually working correctly - we record WIKIUSERNAME is it exists, but if not, we record the login used

(does it work right on your installations?)

  • It is a problem on early pre-beta as well as all the images on my internal test platforms.
The early pre-beta dakar can be viewed at http://www.infosecwiki.com/bin/view/CISSPForum/WebStatistics
I informally reported this before the BUGS web was set up but it was obvoiusly low priority. We are now approaching closure so it needs to be cleaned up. I've verified it on my internal test platform with a more recent (r69xx-ish) revision. It is still a problem.

(i'm hoping an TWiki:Codev.OpenID server on twiki.org could be used in future, but someone has to write the code smile
