You were not able to use GSSAPI for SASL authentication so far.

I've implemented the small change for that. To use it, you need to define $TWiki::cfg{Ldap}{GSSAPIuser} in addition to setting $TWiki::cfg{Ldap}{SASLMechanism} to 'GSSAPI'.
