This is a follow-up of Item6861. TWiki docs use many variables such as STARTINCLUDE. This distracts from reports in the CategoryCategory topics.

I am reverting this because of performance and another fix: Item6924: Remove anchors and simple variables in formatted search summary

This is now reverted in SVN trunk and 5.1 branch.

Setting this to "closed" instead of "waiting for release" because it should not be recorded in the release history.
