Memory is exhausted

the bug is occur rhel5.3 above. you could run http://yourdomain//bin/view/Main/WebRss++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ and you'll found your server or pc run bomb of memory leak.

some fixed like this: find the file : lib/TWiki/Store/SearchAlgorithms/Forking.pm and the line

while( @set ) {

add this above:

$searchString =~ s/\+/\\\+/g;

ok, you avoid the memory leak.

Thanks Angel for report and proposed fix. The proposed fix would break RegularExpression search. The issue already has been fixed in TWiki-5.1.1 by tweaking the topic filter, see Item6802.

Could you verify in your installation that the Item6802 fix forks for you?

Make sure to fix $TWiki::cfg{NameFilter} in your LocalSite.cfg as described in Item6802. Specifically:

Oh, yes, I forgot to patch LocalSite.cfg on the develop.twiki.org server. This is now done.
