A client I'm working with wanted to modify the color scheme for TreeBrowserPlugin's dmenu.

Because the plugin's CSS is loaded after %USERSTYLEURL%, overrides can't be placed there.

The current design requires editing pub/TWiki/TreeBrowserPlugin/dmenu.css.

It would be better to have an override, e.g. %TREEBROWSER_DMENUCSS%
