%NONWIKIWORD% is used in twiki.tmpl but nobody seems to set it. In addition, when a topic is deleted nonwikiword=on URL parameter is handed to the rename script but it's not reflected on the page.

twiki.tmpl needs to be updated to refer to the nonwikiword URL parameter instead of %NONWIKIWORD%.
