Detail

The trunk/core TWiki doesn't allow to create a subweb whose name conflicts with an existing topic. At the same time, it doesn't allow to create a topic whose name cnflicts with an existing subweb. (c.f. TWiki:Codev/ForbidSubwebNameSameAsTopicName

)

However, It doesn't elimitate existing conflicts. And you can view a topic having a conflict with a subweb. Then you need to be able to edit the topic, which is currently not possible, which needs to be fixed.
