Detail
Sometimes it is useful to apply a style to the TOC, such as to float it to the right. Currently one must enclose the TOC in a div, which gets often eaten by the WYSIWYG editor.
I think this is a small "no-brainer" enhancement that is safe and can go into TWiki-6.0.0.
Test:
%TOC{ title="Floating TOC" style="float:right; border: dotted gray 2px; padding: 0.2em 1em;" }%
%TOC{ title="Default, no style TOC" }%
Renders as:
First heading
Blah blah.
Second heading
Blah blah.
Third heading
Blah blah.
