Table cell alignment in TML is mysterious, mis-documented, confusing and highly frustrating.

Someone needs to fix the code, documentation -- or both.

I understand that it can be frustrating to try to figure out how the code behaves with trial and error. But on the other hand, the examples in TextFormattingRules can easily be followed through and just work - the text is admittedly more concise than comprehensive. Therefore I'm degrading this from "Urgent" to "Normal".

I've updated TWikiEditingShorthand, which is INCLUDE'd by TextFormattingRules, so that it matches the current behavior.
