I have a client running a recently installed TWiki 
TWiki-6.0.0, Mon, 14 Oct 2013, build 26523, Plugin API version 6.00

He's used to the "old" (TWiki 4.2) way of editing Groups and wondered why the edit button was missing.

When I looked at the page, I realized why he was confused.

The code on the page claims to change the text on the button:

The button should say, Edit Group Settings. But it doesn't.

Thanks for reporting. The fix is now in SVN trunk and 6.0 branch.
