TablePlugin specifies colors explicitly in HTML tags based on its configuration rather than using style sheets. In general, styles specified in a style sheet is overridden by styles specified in HTML tags. But that's not the case with the table header color of PatternSkin -- the table header color specification in colors.css supercedes the color specified in HTML tags based on configuration.

Since the table header color is specified in HTML tags explicitly, the table header color specified in color.css is simply harmful without benefit, hence deleted.
