A name like ABC2015ProjectCharter was spaced as ABC2015 Project Charter

This small enhancement spaces it as ABC 2015 Project Charter, which looks more natural.

New spec: Boundaries of word components are transitions from lowercase to uppercase or numeric, from numeric to uppercase or lowercase, and from uppercase to numeric.
