Detail

TWiki::Plugins::TablePlugin::Core has file-wide lexical variable $didWriteDefaultStyle, which is initialized in the BEGIN block, which is not right. On Fast CGI or mod_perl, multiple TWiki sessions are processed within a single run, so initialization of a session status in a BEGIN block does not work.

I've moved initialization of $didWriteDefaultStyle to handler();
