Detail

In my environment where Network Attached Storage is used to store TWiki topic and attachment files, occasionally, RCS files (",v" files) become zero byte in size. This is rare but with if you have 1M+ topics on an installation, it happens every week. Once it happens, you cannot update the topic -- saving the topic causes an error.

The save script should detect this situation and behave nicely so that admin intervention is not necessary.
