You can specify the parameters of LWP::UserAgent->new() called in TWiki::Net with $TWiki::cfg{LWPUserAgent}{Params}. Each parameter value specified is copied to the parameters actually suppied to LWP::UserAgent->new(). This scheme cannot handle the cookie_jar parameter because the parameter's value is an HTTP::Cookies instance, which is supposed to be created for each LWP::UserAgent instance. It's possible to put "cookie_jar => HTTP::Cookies->new()" in {LWPUserAgent}{Params} but using the same HTTP::Cookies instance for multiple instances of LWP::UserAgent, which can happen easily, is questionable.
