The "More topic actions" page shows the current topic parent. It has the following problems.

It causes an error if there are other topics whose names are the same if compared case-insensitively. E.g. if there are topics TWikiIsGreat and TwikiIsGreat, the "More topic actions" page of both topics shows an error at the current parent display.
If the topic parent is on a different web, the link to the parent is incorrect.
