Either the first paragraph of each tip should be written for shortened display, or the tips should use a summary field with a small triggering text.

I presume that you get %ATTACHURL% and not the actual URL. If not, it's a bug that needs to be fixed. Looking at develop.twiki.org it looks like it doing the right thing.

The tips can be tuned to be more descriptive. This has not that high priority, bumping this to deferred.
