Actually it adds the right date, twice. smile

Of course it is wrong. The template is defined to add %DATE% %SERVERTIME%, which used to add the GM date and time. The spec of these tags has been corrected, so it now adds the GM date/time followed by the server date/time.

Fixed in SVN 7427
