Looks like the scan for parameters to HTML tags cuts off early (at first apostrophe) - perhaps it needs more intelligence when it sees TML stuff?
Edit Main.WebHome in beta 3.
Wysiwyg plugin used: The one attached to Plugins.TWiki
Once again I have to throw my hands up in horror and say "WysiwygPlugin is for editing topic text". If you want to edit inline HTML, then use the plain text editor. Even if WysiwygPlugin
were able to untangle the TWiki variables in your example, then Kupu is going to be pretty unhappy with the form tag.

As the web homes are probably going to see some WYSIWYG action, I believe it's OK committing this simple change for the (_)default webs?
I can't see why not. The only argument aginst it is if the webs are going to be viewed in Cairo (forward compatibility) which is just getting a bit too extreme.
We can remove the calls to the redundant INTURLENCODE at the same time.
