Does this site look broken?. Use the LitterTray web for test cases.

Client::finish() bails out from deleting old sessions when ExpireAfter is zero. But Client::expireDeadSessions() being called by a cronjob uses ExpireAfter also to calculate the expiration criterion. This is a clash in the semantics of ExpireDate. We should add another variable that is checked in Client::finish() and don't overload ExpireAfter.

CGI processes will skip negative ExipreAfter times, but the cron job will modulus them and process the expiries.
